Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from www.cactusia-biotherapy.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. FDA & Cosmetic Disclaimer

The products offered by CactuSia Biotherapy are classified as cosmetics under US FDA guidelines. They are formulated to support skin replenishment, improve hydration, and enhance the overall appearance of your skin. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They do not alter the structural integrity or biological function of the body.

If you have a specific medical skin condition such as severe acne, rosacea, or eczema, please consult a board-certified dermatologist before use.

3. Individual Results

Skincare is highly individual. Diet, genetics, environment, and lifestyle all play significant roles in skin health. While our formulas utilize high-quality ingredients including Organic Prickly Pear Seed Oil, we cannot guarantee specific or universal results for every user. We encourage you to perform a patch test before full application as described in Section 4 below.

4. Patch Test & Allergy Policy

We formulate our products with care, but individual allergic reactions to natural or synthetic ingredients can occur. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin — such as the inner wrist or behind the ear — before applying any new CactuSia product to your face.

If you experience redness, burning, itching, swelling, or irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We want every CactuSia customer to feel confident in their purchase. Because we use premium airless pump technology to preserve the integrity of our ingredients, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

5.1 Eligibility and Conditions

30-Day Return Window We accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Fill Level Requirement To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be at least half full. Empty or nearly empty bottles will not be accepted for refunds. This policy is designed to allow you a fair opportunity to test the product, not to use it in its entirety before returning it.

Proof of Purchase A valid order number or receipt from www.cactusia-biotherapy.com is required for all returns. We cannot process returns for products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date
Products that are less than half full
Products without proof of purchase
Bundle items that have been partially used beyond the half-full threshold across multiple products
Gift cards

5.2 How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us Email our customer care team at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]." Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return.

Step 2 — Receive Authorization Our team will review your request within 3 business days and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Step 3 — Package Your Item Securely pack the item or items to prevent damage during transit. Please include your RMA number clearly written inside the package.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Standard Returns Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items While our airless pump bottles are designed for maximum product integrity and efficiency, occasional manufacturing defects can occur. If your item arrives damaged, or if the pump mechanism fails to dispense product properly, please contact us at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or short video documenting the issue.

In confirmed cases of damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs in full and issue either a complete replacement or a full refund at your preference.

5.4 Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item and notify you by email within 3 business days whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. Please note that processing times may vary between financial institutions.

If your refund is declined — for example, because the product does not meet the fill-level requirement — we will notify you by email and return the item to you at no additional cost.

5.5 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item in the CactuSia collection, please contact us at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com within 30 days of your original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference between items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Bundle Orders

The CactuSia BioTherapy Bundle is eligible for return under the same 30-day policy. To qualify, all products included in the bundle must be returned together and each individual product must meet the half-full requirement. Partial bundle returns — where only some items are returned — will not be accepted.

7. International Orders

For customers outside the United States, please note that original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting us at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com before initiating an international return to confirm eligibility and receive specific shipping guidance.

8. Intellectual Property
