1. Overview
Thank you for shopping with CactuSia Biotherapy, operated by Saffa USA for Beauty Care LLC. We are committed to delivering your premium skincare products safely, efficiently, and reliably from our facility in West Point, Mississippi. Please review our shipping practices carefully before placing your order.
This Shipping Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and is consistent with our Refund and Return Policy.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and standard US federal holidays.
You will receive a second notification email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and visible in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
3. Primary Carrier — USPS
Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship most domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage, which provides reliable, trackable delivery across the continental United States, US Territories, and military addresses.
We reserve the right to use alternative carriers — including UPS or FedEx — for expedited shipments or in circumstances where USPS service is unavailable or delayed in your area. In all cases, your shipment will include full tracking.
4. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in USD at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
USPS Ground Advantage — Standard Shipping Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
Expedited Shipping Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days after shipment. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
Free Standard Shipping We offer complimentary standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage on all domestic orders over $150 USD. The free shipping threshold is calculated on the pre-tax order subtotal after any discounts are applied.
All delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. CactuSia Biotherapy is not liable for carrier delays once your package has been handed to USPS. Please refer to Section 8 of this policy for information on damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment directly at:

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to appear in the USPS system.
If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our customer care team at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com with your name and order number and we will investigate promptly.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, US Territories, and Military Addresses
We ship to all addresses within the continental United States, including:

P.O. Boxes — USPS Ground Advantage supports delivery to P.O. Boxes. If for any reason your selected shipping option cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we will notify you and request an alternative physical address before your order ships.

US Territories — including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Please note that delivery times to US Territories may be longer than continental US estimates.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses — we proudly ship to all active military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses vary and are subject to military mail processing times outside our control.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Saffa USA for Beauty Care LLC ships exclusively within the United States and to the US Territories and military addresses listed in Section 6. We do not currently ship internationally.
We are actively working to expand our reach and bring CactuSia Biotherapy to international customers in the future. 8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Saffa USA for Beauty Care LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once the package has been handed over to USPS or any other carrier. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.
If your order arrives damaged: Please do not discard any packaging materials. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to file a claim with USPS and will issue a replacement or refund in confirmed cases of shipping damage, consistent with our Refund and Return Policy.
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it: First, check with neighbors, your building manager, or any secure package area on your property. USPS occasionally marks packages as delivered 1 to 2 days before physical delivery. If your package is still missing after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, please contact USPS directly to file a missing package claim, and notify us at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com so we can assist you. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that are subsequently reported stolen, but we will work with you and USPS to explore available options.
If your package is lost in transit: If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days and USPS has not confirmed delivery, please contact us at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com. We will open a trace investigation with USPS on your behalf and keep you informed throughout the process.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Saffa USA for Beauty Care LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original shipping cost.
10. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@cactusia-biotherapy.com. We process and pack orders within 1 to 2 business days, so cancellations must be requested before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy at www.cactusia-biotherapy.com/policies/refund-policy.
11. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, consistent with our Terms of Service. Any unresolved disputes are subject to the binding arbitration clause set forth in Section 19 of our Terms of Service.
12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
