Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, or if your airless pump completely fails while still half full, please email us a photo or video within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and immediately issue a replacement or full refund.

Firmly tap the bottom of the bottle against the palm of your hand 3–4 times.
