At CactuSia Biotherapy, a brand of Saffa Jordan for Cosmetic Products LLC, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below
#### 1. Eligibility for Refunds
- **Damaged or Defective Products:**
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 3 days of receipt. Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund
- **Incorrect Items:**
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of
receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund for unopened and unused products once we receive the returned incorrect item.
- **Change of Mind:**
If you simply change your mind about a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund for unopened and unused products, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- **Adverse Reactions:**
If you experience any harmful effects from our products, please provide detailed information about the reaction, including photographs if possible. A doctor’s note or medical report may be required to validate your claim. If approved, we will
arrange a replacement or refund.
#### 2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
#### 3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
